We look forward to receiving the following information/documents at the earliest but not later than 25 May, 2009.

1. Chinese Visa Application Form (Please do not fill in Section-2, Section-4 [4.7-4.10], Section-5 and Section-6 of the form. It should be handwritten in BLOCK LETTERS) Page 2 of the Form needs to be Xeroxed on the rear side of Page 1. Additional Xerox copies of this form can be made. The Form can be downloaded from our website: www.indiachinaonline.org
   
   
2. As per the changes in the Chinese Visa policy w.e.f. Monday, 16th March, bank statement duly signed by the bank manager / stamp certifying a minimum balance of Rs. 1,50,000 needs to be sent in original (please see the sample document enclosed)
   
   
3. Scanned copies of the first and last page of your passport over mail.
   
   
4. Three passport size colour photographs [Recent passport size colour photo, with full face, front view, no hat, and against white background].
   
   
5. CV in no more than 300 words with the last paragraph specifying area(s) of interest vis-à-vis China. The CV needs to be written & sent in first person as a soft copy on our email id: indiachinaac@gmail.com
   
   
6. Given Name (as spelt in the passport), Surname (as spelt in the passport), designation (for faculty member only), address of your Educational Institution, phone, fax, mobile, email id and website address
   
   
7. Good Preference - Veg/ Non-Veg?
   
   
8. Would you be interested in carrying an activated Chinese sim card from India? (Making International calls to India as also receiving calls from India to works out fairly inexpensive.)
   
   This service is provided by a company called Matrix based in New Delhi and your office could get in touch with Mr. Ravneet Maan of Matrix Cellular (International) Services Pvt. 9. Demand Draft for the appropriate amount in favour of India China Alliance Centre payable at New Delhi.
