We look forward to receiving the following information/documents at the earliest but not later than 15 October, 2010.

  1. Chinese Visa Application Form (Please do not fill in Section-2, Section-4 [4.7-4.10], Section-5 and Section-6 of the form. It should be handwritten in BLOCK LETTERS). Additional. Xerox copies of this form can be made.

  2. Bank Balance Certificate in original on the bank letter head to be signed and stamped by the Branch Manager showing a minimum balance of Rs. 1,50,000 in your saving bank account. The draft is placed below for your convenience. This document is also required in original (Sample Attached)

  3. Scanned copies of the first and last page of your passport(s) need to be sent over email asap

  4. Three passport size colour photographs [Recent passport size colour photo, with full face, front view, no hat, and against white background].

  5. CV in no more than 300-350 words with the last paragraph specifying area(s) of interest vis-à-vis China in the field of Higher / Technical Education. The CV needs to be sent as a soft copy on our email:indiachinaac@gmail.com (sample CV attached/ enclosed)

  6. Food Preference – Veg / Non-Veg ?

  7. Would you be interested in carrying an activated Chinese sim card from India? (Making International calls to India as also receiving calls from India to works out fairly inexpensive.)

  8. Demand Draft towards the participation fee (mentioned in the proposal) needs to be sent together with the confirmation letter. The DD needs to be in favour of India China Alliance Centre payable at New Delhi. The amount can also be transferred electronically as per the following details:
