India China Alliance Centre (ICAC) is organising a 10 Day Educational Tour for China for Students & Sr. Faculty Members from Management Schools and Institutes of Engineering and Technology from India (Sunday,25 November - Tuesday, 4 December, 2007).

The Programme would include visits to a variety of large and mid sized companies (Chinese State Owned Enterprises, Chinese Joint Venture Companies and Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprises) representing different sectors of the Chinese Economy . In addition, ICAC would be organising visits to Software Technology Parks in Beijing and Shenyang. The highlight of the programme would be three lecture sessions followed by a Q/A session by leading Professors of Management and Economics as also Technology from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, Northeastern University, Shenyang and China Europe International Business School, Shanghai (Ranked No.11 in the World)

The programme would also include a visit to an exhibition each in Beijing and Shanghai.

Venue: Shanghai New International Expo Center , 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai P.R.C.
Timings: 0930 hrs- 1500 hrs

The programme would, of course, include a plethora of sight-seeing & shopping opportunities in Beijing, Shenyang and Shanghai. These include The Great Wall of China, Forbidden City, Tian An Men Square in Beijing; Shenyang Museum and a River Cruise in Shanghai.

ICAC have worked out a very attractive package offer of Rs. 89,000/- only per student, which shall include the following:

The package offer for Faculty member(s) would be Rs. 99,000/- (Twin Sharing Basis) and Rs. 1, 04,000/- (Single Occupancy).

It may please be noted that a highly experienced Indian Interpreter would be accompanying the group. In addition, ICAC would be hiring the services of a Chinese Interpreter(s) depending upon the size of the entire group. ICAC is looking at a Group of at least 10 Students/Faculty Members from any Management School / Institute of Engineering and Technology that wishes to participate in this exciting programme.
